Colby is Horizon’s National Operations Manager and brings over a decade of experience across Australia’s community and affordable housing sector. His background spans property management,compliance, development support, business development, and large-scale PPP project mobilisation.
In his role, Colby leads operational activities across the business, drawing on his front-line operational, project management, and business development experience to ensure operational readiness andseamless delivery from project origination through to mobilisation and handover.
With nearly 14 years at the CHL Group and experience across multiple teams and functions, Colby has a deep understanding of the organisation. He plays an integral role in coordinating HHR’s mobilisation of new projects while also overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep the business running effectively.
