Our Board
As part of the integration into Community Housing Limited (CHL), HHR became a subsidiary of CHL, remaining as a separate entity with its own Board and Executive Management structure.
HHR has an approved strategic purpose to provide real estate agency services, including housing, sales and property management services to professional investors, with any surplus available funds used support the charitable objectives of our parent company, CHL.
Board Members
In order to ensure that HHR achieves its targets in alignment with the strategic goals of the larger CHL group, Horizon Housing Realty is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors whom are collectively nominated by the Shareholders.
Alicia Follent
Alicia Follent is CHL's Acting Chief Executive Officer, based in Brisbane on Jagera and Turrbal Country.
Alicia is responsible for CHL’s mission of creating safe, affordable homes while shaping national housing policy and practice.
Keely Moore
Keely has over 15 years’ experience in senior management positions both the private and public housing sectors.
Gavin Potter
Gavin is a Chartered Accountant registered in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Gavin holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree together with a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting.
